We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our expanding team in Kumbakonam.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2C and B2B channels.
Generate leads and convert prospective customers into successful course enrollments.
Communicate with potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
Explain our training programs and services professionally.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to improve lead conversion.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Maintain accurate lead records and provide regular performance updates.
Support the company’s business expansion and growth initiatives.
Requirements
Any degree or relevant educational qualification.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship Management preferred.
Strong communication skills in Tamil; basic English communication preferred.
Good negotiation, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
