About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive to connect with customers, understand their requirements, generate business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages.

- Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.




- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Explain company services and assist with client queries.
- Maintain lead and customer records in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi and regional languages.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000/month
