Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall vehicle loan collections portfolio for the assigned branch.
- Ensure timely collection of overdue EMIs and reduce delinquency across all loan buckets.
- Achieve collection targets, including roll-forward, resolution, and recovery goals.
- Lead, train, and monitor the performance of collection executives and field officers.
- Allocate collection cases and track daily recovery activities.
- Conduct regular review meetings with the collections team to improve productivity.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring qualified and ethical recovery practices.
- Coordinate with repossession agencies, legal teams, and auction partners for recovery of non-performing assets (NPAs).
- Analyze portfolio performance and identify high-risk accounts for early intervention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on collection performance.
- Coordinate with the sales, credit,



and operations teams to resolve customer issues affecting collections.
- Control branch collection expenses and optimize recovery efficiency.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and negotiate settlements where applicable.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of recovered accounts.
