About the Role

We are looking for a high-agency, proactive, and analytical Business Associate to join our team in Mohali.

This is a client-facing role that combines client experience, business operations, financial markets, reporting, research, and cross-functional initiatives. You will work closely with global clients as well as internal teams to resolve queries, investigate concerns, improve processes, and contribute to broader business initiatives.

As one of the front-facing representatives, you will play an important role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while gaining hands-on exposure to trading, forex and global financial markets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learns quickly, takes ownership, and is genuinely interested in building a long-term career in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

● Provide an exceptional client experience to global clients through different mediums like calls, emails, and chats.

● Build and maintain strong client relationships and address client queries effectively.





● Interact with prospective and existing clients globally regarding our products and services.

● Investigate client concerns, transaction issues, and trade disputes, coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.

● Work closely with Operations, Risk, Product, Marketing, and other teams to resolve issues and improve the client experience.

● Research global economic events, financial markets, and industry developments and contribute to reports and internal insights.

● Maintain strong knowledge of financial markets, forex, trading concepts, economic events, and industry trends.

● Identify opportunities to improve processes, operational efficiency, and client experience.

● Support business development and strategic initiatives as required.

● Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects and deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications

● Good understanding of financial markets, forex, trading concepts, and global economic events is preferred.

● Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

● Solid attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

● High ownership mindset with a proactive, “can-do-anything” attitude.

● Ability to work independently and take end-to-end responsibility for deliverables.





Good to Have

● Basic to moderate proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets and data handling.

● Ability to use Generative AI tools effectively for research, analysis, productivity, and problem-solving.

● Understanding of technology, social media, and online community platforms such as Discord and Reddit.

● Prior experience working with business or retail clients.

● Interest in financial markets, trading, fintech, or the broader investment industry.

Important Notes

● All candidates are required to complete a 30-minute written assessment covering analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.

● This is not a BPO or conventional sales/support role. The role involves client management, financial markets, business operations, research, and cross-functional responsibilities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
