We're Hiring: Senior Business Analyst | Cleared Derivatives (Futures & Options)

Are you passionate about Capital Markets and Cleared Derivatives Back Office Operations? We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions across post-trade processing and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage product backlog, requirement gathering, refinement, and prioritization
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, and QA teams within Agile/Scrum environments
- Drive business and functional requirements for cleared derivatives processing solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve ambiguities and align business objectives
- Support testing activities including Functional, Integration, and UAT testing
- Analyze production issues and provide client support for timely resolution
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Cleared Derivatives (Futures & Options) Back Office Processing




- Expertise in trade lifecycle, clearing, settlements, and reconciliation
- Strong understanding of post-trade operations and financial products
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving abilities
- Fluent English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or related discipline

Nice to Have: ⭐ Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

⭐ Knowledge of programming or scripting languages

⭐ CFA certification (any level)

⭐ Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, etc.)

⭐ Quantitative Finance certifications (IMQF or equivalent)
