Job Purpose To make sure that the Managed Service delivered runs smoothly, and that all the necessary data and system functions required are completed smoothly and on time, with zero error rate.

What we are looking for

1. SDLC Knowledge:

Candidates should have a positive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.

2. Methodologies:

Candidates should be familiar with

Agile and Waterfall methodologies

.

3. SQL Knowledge:

Candidates should have a working knowledge of

SQL and be comfortable with basic queries.

4. API Knowledge:

Candidates should have a basic understanding of

APIs and API integrations

.

5. Project Understanding:

Candidates should be able to clearly explain the projects they have handled, including their role, responsibilities,



and key deliverables.

6. Communication Skills:

Candidates should have good verbal and written communication skills.

7. Hindi Communication:

Candidates should be comfortable communicating in

Hindi as well. Even a moderate level of Hindi proficiency would be acceptable, as the role involves interaction with Indian clients.

8. Immediate Availability:

Candidates should preferably be immediate joiners or have a very short notice period.
