Business Analyst Skill Trade Finance Purpose of the RoleThe Business Analyst will drive business transformation, digitisation, process re-engineering and product enhancements across the Retail Trade Forex (RTFX) and Retail Trade (RTR) ecosystem. The role will bridge Business, Operations, Compliance, Technology, Product and Vendor teams to deliver regulatory-compliant, customer-centric and scalable Trade Finance solutions, with ownership of the end-to-end requirement lifecycle from concept through production rollout.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirement Management· Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, BRDs, FRDs, user stories and process flows.· Conduct requirement workshops with Product, Trade Operations, Compliance, Risk and IT teams.· Translate business needs into functional specifications,
