Role Description The Business Analyst Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The intern will support the analysis of business processes and requirements, gather and document data from internal teams, and assist in identifying opportunities for operational improvement. Typical tasks include preparing reports and dashboards, participating in stakeholder meetings, mapping workflows, and helping translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to pilot projects,



and assisting in the evaluation of program performance and student outcomes. The intern will be expected to learn quickly, apply analytical thinking to real business challenges, and communicate findings in a clear and structured manner.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

- Foundational Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

- Ability to understand and map Business Processes, with interest in process improvement and optimization.

- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting insights and working with diverse teams.

- Understanding of Business Requirements and the ability to translate them into practical recommendations.

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Comfort with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools; familiarity with dashboards or reporting tools is an advantage.

- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment.
