Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with solid domain knowledge in Air Travel, Corporate Travel, or Travel Technology. The candidate should have experience understanding business requirements, working with stakeholders, and translating travel-domain requirements into effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Understand and map travel business processes and workflows.
- Work closely with technology, product, and business teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, and requirement documentation.
- Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for process/system improvements.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the requirement and implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct requirement clarification, UAT support, and stakeholder discussions.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, and potential business/process issues.
- Ensure solutions align with travel industry and business requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- 6–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in Air Travel / Corporate Travel / Travel Technology
- Good understanding of travel industry processes and workflows
- Experience in Requirement Gathering, Business Analysis, Functional Documentation, and Stakeholder Management
- Ability to work with both business and technology teams
