Role Overview

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work on structured analysis assignments under the guidance of experienced team members. You will learn how a business need becomes a documented requirement, how processes are mapped to find gaps, and how finished work is checked against the original goal.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture requirements from team discussions, emails and stakeholder inputs
- Write user stories, requirement notes and process documents
- Map current workflows and point out delays, gaps and repeated work
- Analyse data in Excel to support recommendations
- Prepare short reports and presentations for managers
- Maintain project trackers and follow up with teams on task progress
- Help check completed work against the agreed requirements
- Keep all documents organised, versioned and easy to find

Who Can Apply
- Freshers, entry-level candidates, or students pursuing or completing BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Tech, BCA, MCA or any degree with strong analytical and communication skills
- Self-taught learners who can share a case study,



sample document or certificate

Required Skills
- Clear written and spoken English
- Good Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
- Logical thinking and the habit of breaking big problems into small steps
- Ability to ask good questions before making assumptions
- Organisation and follow-up without reminders
- A laptop and a stable internet connection for remote work

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Basic flowchart skills using Draw.io, Lucidchart or Miro
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Jira
- A case study or sample requirement document you have written
