- Solid knowledge and ability in the Data Analytics and Orchestration capabilities.

- Experience contributing to product roadmaps and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Proven ability to support or lead user feedback workshops and incorporate insights into product development

- Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team supporting the progression of the product vision, defining product requirements and coordinating resources from multi-disciplinary teams

- Experience presenting technical concepts to business stakeholders

- Experience or foundational knowledge in data analysis and a track record of making data-driven decisions

- Demonstrated experience in conducting user research, defining user personas, and translating user needs into actionable product features
