Role & responsibilities

- Develop a strong understanding of lending products and the company's solutions

- Lead requirement-gathering sessions with clients and translate business needs into structured documentation

- Prepare Business Solution Documents (BSDs), user stories, test cases, and other requirement documents

- Work closely with technology teams to ensure accurate knowledge transfer and implementation alignment

- Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle

- Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support end-user training

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth go-live

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- High attention to detail and willingness to learn

- Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

- Knowledge of APIs is a must

- Understanding of business requirements, documentation, and implementation processes

- MBA Freshers with UG in CSE, IT, Computer Science, or related IT backgrounds are encouraged to apply
