Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role**

1) Education: Master's degree in a related field Commerce background (M Com/PGDM/MBA/Finance)

2) Experience: 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

3) Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

4) Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.

5) Must have hands-on Agile, Certification would be added advantage

6) Must have experience on Client/Customer/Management Interaction

7) Must hands-on experience on Requirement Gathering and Documentation:

8) Collaboration and Communication: Working effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical staff to ensure successful project delivery.

9) Solution Design and Prototyping: Developing and proposing solutions that address business needs, including process improvements, system enhancements, or recent system implementations.
