Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment/Bulk Hiring.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Graduate in any discipline.
