Oracle Fusion Finance Solution Architect

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Solution Architect with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing scalable finance solutions, leading implementation initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the solution design and architecture for Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective and scalable Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financial modules based on business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, covering requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Manage and coordinate project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Drive data migration activities using FBDI and ADFDI templates.
- Configure and support Tax and Budget Control functionalities within Oracle Fusion.
- Work extensively with modules such as General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CM), and Accounts/Finance-related modules.
- Support UAT, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Apply implementation methodologies and best practices such as Oracle AIM, OUM, and related delivery frameworks.




- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide functional guidance and mentorship to project team members.
- Support client discussions, workshops, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.

Mandatory Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Finance / Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance.
- Experience with FBDI and ADFDI data migration templates.
- Strong knowledge of Tax Configuration and Budget Control.
- Experience with Oracle AIM and OUM methodologies.
- Solid functional expertise in GL, Cash Management (CM), and other Oracle Finance modules.
- Proven experience in solution design and architecture.
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional ERP implementation teams.

Experience Requirements :

- Must have successfully completed 3 - 4 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
- Strong hands-on involvement across the complete implementation lifecycle, including :
- Requirement gathering and analysis
- Solution design
- Configuration
- Testing and UAT
- Data migration
- Deployment and go-live
- Post-go-live support

- Strong understanding of finance processes and business requirements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as lead distributed project teams.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
- Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia (KSA) based on project requirements.

Education :

- MBA - Finance / B.Com / equivalent qualification.
