Hello, we at Pickle Haus — a sports experiences company with a growing community of 4,000 members, and we are hiring. We organise weekly sports events across Pune, own 3 facilities, and are now gearing up for rapid expansion.

As part of our growth journey, we’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy individual to support our design and social media department.

Location: Market Yard, Pune

Work Type: From Office

Commitment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Creating designs using Canva Pro / Illustrator
- Reel edits as and when needed
- Content Planning and Posting
- Monthly content review/analytics
- Shooting our events to capture raw content will be a plus
- Managing WhatsApp groups: responding to queries, explaining events, and participant coordination
- Finance tracking for event entries and reconciliation
- Managing and following up on Instagram leads and enquiries




- Providing on-ground support and backend operations during events and for facilities
- Backend coordination with team members, volunteers, and participants

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Owns a two-wheeler or a vehicle for commuting
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Has a strong “figure it out” attitude and takes ownership
- Passionate about design and social media engagement
- Socially extroverted, energetic, and fun to be around
