- Daily physical stock verification

- Verify opening & closing stock

- Check raw materials, finished goods & packing materials

- Compare physical stock vs system stock

- Identify stock shortage, excess & variance

- Verify stock inward & outward

- Check inter-branch stock transfers

- Verify daily consumption & production usage

- Monitor wastage, damage & expiry stock

- Check FIFO / FEFO compliance

- Verify stock registers, GRN & transfer documents

- Conduct surprise stock audits

- Investigate stock discrepancies

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock audit reports

- Coordinate with Branch Manager, Store & Accounts teams

- Report major irregularities to management

- Follow up and ensure corrective actions are completed

- Maintain audit records and confidentiality

- Focus on stock accuracy, wastage control & loss prevention

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
