Job Title: Clinic Branch Manager(Sales)

Agreement: 2-year employment agreement

Timings: 9:30 to 7pm

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, manage the team, and drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete branch operations and daily activities.
- Lead and supervise the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
- Handle client escalations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Drive sales and ensure team conversions.
- Maintain reports, inventory, and coordination with head office.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments within the branch.

Requirements
- Proven experience in Branch Management / Team Handling.
- Robust background in Sales and Operations.
- Experience in Wellness, Skin Care, or Healthcare industry preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to undergo 10-15 days unpaid training in Chandigarh.
- Company will reiumburse the amount travel expense and accomodation of per day 500/600Rs.
- Must be willing to sign a 2-year agreement with the company.
