Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and result-driven Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily branch activities, manage team performance, ensure operational efficiency, and achieve business targets. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day branch operations
Manage and supervise staff performance
Ensure targets and operational goals are achieved
Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly
Maintain reports and operational records
Ensure compliance with company policies
Train and guide team members
Coordinate with management for planning and execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage teams
Knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
