Position: Branch Manager(Gold / Forex)

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily branch operations.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team.
- Drive sales and achieve branch targets.
- Handle customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
- Monitor branch performance, transactions, and compliance.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management.

Requirements
- Mandatory experience in the Gold or Forex industry.
- Strong leadership, sales, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of branch operations and customer handling.
- Target-oriented and capable of managing a team.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
