Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve group sales targets through effective communication, coaching, and performance monitoring.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall business growth.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures while maintaining high levels of integrity.

Job Requirements :

- 2-6 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with a focus on microfinance or group sales.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

- Solid understanding of local market dynamics and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders (customers).

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards common goals.
