This is an opportunity for professionals who have the ambition to build teams, acquire clients and create a significant AUM-led business.

Your Mandate

? Build, hire and lead a team of Junior, Mid-Level & Senior Managers

? Drive your own individual business along with team performance

? Acquire and deepen relationships with HNIs, Ultra HNIs, Corporates, Treasuries, NRIs, FPIs & Family Offices

? Drive business across Advisory, PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income, Stock Broking & Global Investment Products

? Coach and develop your team to consistently deliver on AUM, revenue and client acquisition targets





? Build a solid local franchise through relationships, referrals and new client acquisition

We Are Looking For

✔ 6–10 years of experience in Wealth Management / Stock Broking / Financial Services

✔ Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams

✔ Robust HNI/UHNI and/or corporate client relationships

✔ Strong understanding of investment products and capital markets

✔ A hunter mindset, leadership ability and strong entrepreneurial drive
