Branch Manager

Location: Malappuram ; Ponnani

Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in selling financial services products and managing branch administration or managing staff.

Education: Bachelor's degree Mandatory

Salary: INR 4.5 LPA to INR 7 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Responsibilities :

- Monitor daily branch activities including pay-ins/payouts and customer grievances.
- Manage branch staff including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Target High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.

Requirements :

- Proven leadership experience in managing a branch or team.
- 5+ years of experience in the stock market and selling financial products such as SIP, mutual funds, and PMS (Portfolio Management Services).
- Robust knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve business goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
