Job Summary

We are looking for a Branch Executive – Technical with a strong technical background in CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Electronic Security Systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing technical operations at the branch, coordinating technicians, handling customer complaints, monitoring service activities, and ensuring timely completion of installation and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day technical operations of the branch.
- Coordinate and supervise technicians for CCTV, Fire Alarm, and other security systems.
- Allocate technicians for installation, service, AMC, and complaint calls.
- Monitor and follow up on customer complaints and service requests.
- Ensure timely attendance and completion of technician visits.
- Visit customer sites whenever required to inspect technical issues and coordinate solutions.
- Handle customer communication regarding technical complaints and service requirements.
- Coordinate CCTV installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Coordinate Fire Alarm/FAS installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Check service reports and ensure proper documentation of all technical activities.
- Monitor AMC schedules and ensure preventive maintenance visits are completed on time.
- Coordinate with the Head Office, Branch Head, Sales Team, and Back Office regarding technical requirements.
- Identify additional technical requirements at customer sites and report them to the concerned team.
- Monitor spare parts, tools, and material requirements for technicians.
- Raise requisitions for required technical materials and coordinate with the Store/Purchase team.




- Ensure proper handover of completed projects and service jobs.
- Prepare regular branch technical reports covering complaints, installations, AMC visits, pending jobs, and technician performance.
- Ensure technicians follow company procedures, safety standards, and customer-site protocols.
- Handle escalation of critical technical complaints and ensure their timely resolution.

Technical Knowledge Required
- CCTV: Analog & IP Cameras, DVR/NVR, VMS, PoE, basic networking and remote monitoring.
- Fire Alarm: Conventional & Addressable Fire Alarm Panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors, MCPs, hooters, modules, and basic troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, IP addressing, switches, and cabling.
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and field troubleshooting.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and understand system layouts.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Networking, or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in CCTV, Fire Alarm, ELV, or electronic security systems.
- Strong field coordination and technician-management skills.
- Positive customer-handling and communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel for customer/site visits.
- Hindi-speaking candidates will be preferred.
- Should be capable of working independently and handling branch-level technical responsibilities.

- Effective coordination between branch, technicians, customers, and Head Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
