Office Head - Study Visa & Immigration Explore Immigrations | Mohali, Punjab | Full-time Immigration Officer Head We're Hiring: Head of Operations, Study Visa Consultancy, PR Guidance and Tourist Visa : Officer Head – Immigration Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the office and the visa processing team. Oversee student counselling, file preparation, and visa application submissions. Ensure all documents are accurate and meet embassy and university requirements.

Keep track of visa rules, policy changes, and intake deadlines for each country. Set targets for the team, monitor performance, and give regular feedback. Handle complex cases, client complaints, and refusal case reviews.

Coordinate with universities, colleges, and partner agents. Maintain compliance with legal and licensing requirements.



Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.

Requirements Education: Graduate in any field (Master's preferred).

Experience: 3 years in the study visa or immigration industry.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of study visa processes for countries such as Canada, UK, Australia, USA, and Europe etc.

Skills: Leadership, clear communication in English and Punjabi/Hindi, problem-solving, and positive MS Office skills.
