Position: Branch Manager

Reporting To: Zonal Manager

Experience Required:

Min. 4 years experience as Area Sales Manager. With exposure to General Trade

Nature of Experience: Should have minimum 5 years of experience as a front line and should have minimum 4 years experience as ASM covering wider geographical area as per management.

Industry:

Preferably from Stationery or writing instruments. Camlin, Luxor, Faber Castle or Navneet, any Stationery/Paper industry.

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate.

:

1. He should be well versed with CRM applications , as our day today FOS reporting is based on the CRM system with the sales team.
2. Will be responsible for the sales and distribution of Kores Office Products (stationary) division products in entire Kerala
3. Should have good relationship in the trade & Modern Trade and carry network to appoint distributors and increase distribution in the above area of operations.
4. Should possess skills to appoint appropriate Manpower and lead them confidently.
5. Should have thorough geographical knowledge of the given area of operation.
6. Will be responsible for Sales ie TOP Line as well as bottom line i.e. profits.
7. Training of the sales team by examples is one of his key roles.

Reviews to be taken on daily basis on tasks vs achievement of teammates and self.
9. Team meetings will be more of increasing their productivity and new outlet activations.
10. Should generate newer ideas/schemes and execute the same to increase market share.
11. Reporting has to be as per pre-set time lines and in discipline.
12. Should carry a knowhow/experience in CFA/super stockists or Depot Management
13. Will have to play an important role in stocks planning & indenting.
14. Financial discipline is one of his vital KRAs.
15. Stock ageing and monitoring to reduce stocks level to less than 6 months old in entire chain is also his responsibility.
16. Market working is one of his core job responsibilities in order to establish a good network.
17. He will be handling a team of TMs and sales officers, hence should have valuable experience in managing a team.
18. Should ensure secondary sales to ensure each sales officers delivers more than 5 lacs business per month.

Specific requirement:

1. Should be committed, confident, presentable and with good communication skills.
2. Should have retail distribution experience, logistic knowledge with good man management and computer savvy.
