Job Summary The BPO Recruiter manages the end-to-end hiring lifecycle to fulfill high-volume and specialized recruitment targets for voice, non-voice, or international processes. This role focuses on fast-paced sourcing, telephonic/face-to-face screening, interview coordination, and driving candidate conversions to meet daily and monthly joining quotas.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Channel Management: Source active and passive candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), social media platforms, employee referrals, and walk-in drives.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial telephonic and HR rounds to evaluate communication proficiency, language accent/fluency, shift flexibility, and customer-service aptitude.
- Interview Coordination: Align line-manager and operational rounds, coordinate walk-ins, and manage high-volume candidate flow.
- Pipeline & Data Management: Maintain daily recruitment trackers, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate databases accurately.
- Offer & Conversion: Roll out employment offers,



handle salary negotiations within budget guidelines, and track candidates from selection through day-one onboarding.
- Target Achievement: Work in a high-energy, metric-driven environment to meet daily, weekly, and monthly closing and joining numbers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Freshers with strong communication are often considered; experienced roles require 1 to 4 years in BPO or bulk hiring).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and major job portals/ATS software.
- Competencies: High resilience, target orientation, negotiation strength, and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
