Role Description The BPO & sales role at GT_APEX MARKETING is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, respond to queries, provide product and service information, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Daily responsibilities include managing calls and messages across multiple platforms, documenting interactions accurately, following standard operating procedures, and escalating complex concerns when needed. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams such as marketing and operations to provide clear updates to customers, maintaining service quality standards, and meeting performance targets related to customer satisfaction and productivity.



The BPO professional is expected to maintain a professional demeanor, adhere to company policies, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and the ability to explain information in a simple, professional manner.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills, such as empathy, patience, problem-solving, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and technical skills, including comfort with call-center software, CRM tools, email platforms, and data entry with high accuracy.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls, tasks, and follow-ups while meeting deadlines and performance targets.
- Candidates should possess teamwork and collaboration skills, including the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and adapt to process changes.
- Prior experience in BPO, call center, or customer support roles is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business, communications, or related fields is an added advantage.
- Availability to work flexible shifts as per business requirements and a strong commitment to professional ethics and non-discriminatory customer interactions.
