Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BPO and Data Entry role based in Hyderabad. The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and courteous support, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include entering, updating, and verifying data in internal systems, performing basic administrative tasks, and ensuring that customer information and campaign data are kept organized and up to date.



The team member will collaborate with marketing and operations staff to support ongoing campaigns, follow standard workflows and procedures, and meet defined quality and productivity targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Typing and Computer Literacy skills to manage data entry and use CRM or office software efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills to handle routine documentation, record-keeping, and task coordination.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with BPO processes is an advantage.
- Prior experience in BPO, data entry, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in computer applications is beneficial.
