Position- BMC Remedy Developer L3

Remedy L3 is accountable for the development, administration and integration of the BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite with specific focus on ITSM and associated modules. Candidate is responsible for achieving customer requirements and managing the implementation of additional functionality in support of Remedy ITSM.

Detailed Job Responsibilities

▪ Hands-on development, administration experience on the following BMC products - BMC Remedy Helpdesk, Atrium CMDB, ITSM, ARS 8.x,9.x, and ITSM suite Web Services (SOAP/REST) ▪ Experience in Smart IT and Smart Reporting

▪ Should be able to write efficient workflows

▪ Performs maintenance as required for the Development, QA and Production environment

▪ Makes configuration changes as necessary and make administrative changes to include but not limited to updates to foundations data, roles and permissions, and CMDB configurations to mature the system.

▪ Development of the CMDB to incorporate Configuration Items (CIs) into the federated BMC Common Data Model and ensure that necessary relationships between CIs are fully incorporated into the schema

▪ Experience in proposing and implementing architecture of Custom integrations

▪ Issue Remediation, diagnose and remediate issues as required within the Remedy ITSM Change and Service Management





▪ Resolve highly complex issues and implements projects at an advanced technical level regards Remedy initiative

▪ Create/Modify ARS objects for new enhancements and bug fix

▪ Provides after-hours and weekend support as needed

▪ Expertise in deploying BMC Remedy Asset Management and proficiency in IMAC Process

▪Positive knowledge & experience in integration of Remedy with other applications like Netcool, CRM, provisioning s/w etc using Web services and/or AIE

▪ Should have good understanding of BMC Remedy architecture and its components

▪ Good understanding on Common Data Model of BMC Atrium CMDB

▪ Should have good knowledge in ITSM and ITIL process.

Reference Skills

▪ Experience in using BMC ARS API, CMDB, E-mail Engine, Web-services, LDAP and SSO integrations

▪ Experience in BMC Analytics and BMC Atrium Orchestrator

▪ Experience with BMC Atrium Integration Engine and Atrium Integrator

▪ Translate business requirements into technical design documents Docusign Envelope ID: 56FA16B1-9BED-442C-A195-1F5DE34A6588 ▪ Should have knowledge on preparing HLD, LLD, Use Case diagrams and Process documents.

▪ Create process, data and workflow models, including integration into third party components

Reference Qualification & Experience

▪ B.Tech./B.E/BCA/MCA

▪ Minimum 6+ years of Remedy Development experience with large Remedy ITSM environments Work
