Role & responsibilities

Teaching & Curriculum: Deliver engaging Biology lectures for Classes 6th10th (NCERT) and ensure timely syllabus completion.

- Exam Prep: Coach students for school exams, Olympiads (NSEJS, NSO), and Foundation-level competitive exams
- Content Creation: Develop study modules, lesson plans, assignments, DPPs, test series, and HOTS/Olympiad MCQs.
- Doubt Resolution & Mentorship: Lead doubt sessions, identify learning gaps, and build student problem-solving skills.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct tests, evaluate performance, and offer feedback to improve accuracy and ranks.
- Team Collaboration: Work with academic teams to continuously update and align course material with current exam trends.

Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Zoology, Botany, Life Sciences,



or a related field (B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Ed / M.Ed preferred).

Experience: Minimum 2 + years of proven teaching experience in Biology specifically for Classes 6th to 10th across CBSE/ICSE or reputed coaching/foundation institutes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Deep subject-matter expertise and exceptional conceptual clarity in Middle & High School Biology.
- Solid command over competitive exam patterns (Foundation, Science Olympiads).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong classroom management abilities.
- Proficiency in using modern teaching tools, smart boards, and online/hybrid delivery platforms.
