Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Billing Supervisor to supervise and coordinate all billing operations across the Park Entry Counters, Retail Shops, Restaurants, F&B; Outlets, and other billing points of the organization.

The Billing Supervisor will work under the Accounts Department and will be responsible for supervising billing staff, ensuring accurate transactions, monitoring cash and digital collections, reconciling daily sales, and maintaining proper billing and collection controls across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise all Billing Staff/Cashiers working at Park Counters, Shops, Restaurants, and other billing locations.
- Ensure smooth and accurate billing operations across all outlets.
- Allocate billing staff to different counters and shifts based on operational requirements.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, shift schedules, and performance of billing staff.
- Ensure all transactions are correctly processed through the applicable POS/Billing System.
- Monitor cash, card, UPI, online, and other payment collections at all billing points.
- Verify daily sales and collection reports from Park Counters, Shops, and Restaurants.
- Conduct and supervise daily cash reconciliation and settlement of collections.
- Ensure cash collected by billing staff is properly handed over to the Accounts/Cashier team as per company procedures.
- Verify cash shortages, excess cash, billing discrepancies, cancelled bills, refunds, void bills, complimentary bills, and discounts.
- Ensure all discounts, cancellations, refunds, and complimentary transactions have proper authorization.
- Monitor and control billing-related errors and immediately report irregularities to the Accounts Department.




- Coordinate with Accounts, Operations, Park Management, Retail, F&B;, Stores, and IT/POS support teams.
- Prepare and submit daily billing and collection reports to the Accounts Department.
- Maintain proper records of counter-wise and outlet-wise sales and collections.
- Monitor counter-wise performance and identify unusual variations or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper shift closing and handover procedures are followed by all billing staff.
- Provide training and guidance to billing staff on POS systems, billing procedures, cash handling, and customer service.
- Ensure adequate billing staff availability during peak hours, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Monitor POS machines, billing systems, printers, scanners, and other billing equipment and report technical issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal financial controls.
- Assist the Accounts Department during internal audits, stock verification, cash verification, and financial reconciliations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sales, billing, collection, and financial information.
- Perform any other billing and collection-related duties assigned by the Accounts Department/Management.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in billing supervision, cashiering, retail, restaurant, amusement park, hospitality, or similar operations.
- Experience supervising multiple billing counters or outlets will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of POS/Billing Software and cash management procedures.
- Strong understanding of cash, card, UPI, and digital payment reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and preparation of daily sales/collection reports.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
- Good team management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify billing discrepancies.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, holidays, and during peak operational periods.
- Candidates with experience in amusement parks, hotels, resorts, restaurants, retail outlets, or large commercial establishments will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
