Job Title: Billing Executive

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

We are looking for a Billing Executive to handle billing, documentation, and basic logistics-related activities at our Calicut location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process invoices and billing documents.
- Verify billing details and ensure accuracy.
- Handle order punching, order processing, pick list and invoice generation.
- Prepare E-way Bills, LR and other logistics documents.
- Maintain billing, stock and related reports.
- Coordinate with the Logistics, Sales and Finance teams.
- Maintain proper records of billing and inventory transactions.
- Follow up on billing discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Prepare and share daily/periodic reports as required.

Requirements:





- 1–3 years of experience in billing/logistics operations.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics or 3PL industry is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Basic knowledge of billing and logistics documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
