Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer to manage project billing, quantity estimation, measurement, and documentation for our Bhuri Tekri project. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in industrial and building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare RA Bills, client bills, subcontractor bills, and running bills.
- Prepare detailed BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and measurement sheets.
- Verify site measurements and ensure accurate billing as per drawings and BOQ.
- Coordinate with Site, Planning, QS, Accounts, and Project teams for billing requirements.
- Check work quantities, material consumption, and subcontractor bills.
- Prepare extra item, deviation, and variation statements.
- Maintain proper billing records, supporting documents, and measurement books.
- Review drawings and specifications for accurate quantity calculations.
- Assist in cost control,



reconciliation, and project documentation.
- Ensure timely submission and certification of bills.

Required Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in billing/QS.
- Strong hands-on experience in industrial and building projects.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, BOQ, quantity estimation, and billing software/ERP.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, measurements, contracts, and billing procedures.

Preferred Skills

- Excellent knowledge of Excel and quantity calculations.
- Ability to independently handle project billing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust attention to detail and documentation.
- Knowledge of civil construction work, subcontractor billing, RA bills, and reconciliation.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with strong practical experience in industrial and building projects will be given preference.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
