Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Billing / Planning Engineer for a high-rise building construction project in Powai, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in construction billing, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and project progress monitoring, preferably in high-rise residential or commercial building projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and calculate quantities for RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Verify site measurements against approved drawings, specifications, and applicable IS Codes.
- Prepare and process Running Account (RA) Bills, subcontractor bills, and Final Bills.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and detailed estimates based on construction drawings.
- Handle billing activities for high-rise construction works, including RCC structure, Mivan/formwork, and finishing activities.
- Work with CPWD norms, DSR rates, technical specifications, and standard measurement procedures.
- Conduct rate analysis for extra items and non-scheduled items.
- Prepare escalation claims, deviation statements, extra-item bills, and variation statements.
- Review tender documents, work orders, contract conditions, and BOQ items.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers,



consultants, clients, and subcontractors for measurement verification and bill certification.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and assist in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain quantity reconciliation, material consumption records, cost reports, and billing documentation.
- Support project planning, resource coordination, and schedule updates to ensure timely project execution.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, billing, and cost control.
- Experience in high-rise residential or commercial building construction.
- Knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, Mivan, and finishing quantities.
- Valuable understanding of BBS, BOQ, RA Bills, Final Bills, and rate analysis.
- Working knowledge of CPWD/DSR norms and applicable IS Codes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of MS Project and project scheduling will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
