About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bidding Specialist to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in the online market research industry, with hands-on exposure to RFQ management, feasibility analysis, pricing, and client bidding. The role requires solid analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requests within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and respond to client RFQs (Requests for Quotations) within defined turnaround times.
- Assess project feasibility based on target audience, geography, incidence rate (IR), quotas, LOI, and methodology.
- Prepare competitive and commercially viable pricing recommendations (CPI) for B2B, B2C, Healthcare, and specialty audience studies.
- Coordinate with panel providers and internal teams to validate feasibility and pricing where required.
- Recommend suitable sampling methodologies and recruitment strategies for online research projects.
- Maintain RFQ trackers and ensure all bid-related documentation is accurate and up to date.




- Collaborate closely with Sales, Client Services, Operations, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless project handover.
- Identify recruitment risks and proactively recommend alternative sampling approaches or quota modifications.
- Support strategic pricing decisions while balancing competitiveness, profitability, and fieldwork feasibility.
- Monitor bid outcomes and analyze win/loss trends to continuously improve bidding quality.
- Ensure all client requirements are accurately captured and addressed before proposal submission.
- Maintain knowledge of online panel capabilities, market trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of experience in online market research, specifically in bidding, feasibility, or RFQ management.
- Understanding of online quantitative research methodologies and panel-based sampling.
- Experience pricing B2B, Consumer, Healthcare, or Specialty audience studies is preferred.
- Familiarity with concepts such as Incidence Rate (IR), CPI, LOI, quotas, feasibility, and sample sourcing.
- Robust analytical and numerical aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple RFQs simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with online panel providers or sample marketplaces.
- Exposure to international market research projects across North America, Europe, APAC, and LATAM.
- Understanding of B2B, Healthcare, Consumer, and hard-to-reach audience recruitment.
- Experience with survey platforms and project management tools is an advantage.
- Experience in using Salesforce would be a PLUS.
