Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Benefits & Compensation Consultant with hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting SuccessFactors Compensation and Benefits solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Compensation and Benefits modules.
- Configure compensation plans, worksheets, eligibility rules, guidelines, and Variable Pay programs.
- Manage benefits plans, employee eligibility, enrollment, and benefits administration.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
- Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with HR, functional, and technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.




- Prepare functional documentation and support system releases and improvements.

Required Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Benefits configuration.
- Strong understanding of compensation planning, Variable Pay, benefits administration, and eligibility rules.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in testing, issue resolution, and production support.
- Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors certification.
- Experience with Employee Central integrations, payroll systems, or HR applications.
- Experience implementing or supporting enterprise HR solutions.
