Position Overview

We are looking for a agile and results-driven US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our talent deployment team. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our internal pool of consultants (on the "bench") to direct clients, Prime Vendors, implementation partners, and Tier-1 IT staffing agencies across the United States. Your primary goal is to minimize bench downtime and secure lucrative project placements (C2C) through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing & Placement: Market bench consultants (H-1B, OPT/CPT, Green Card, US Citizens) using job boards, social media, and cold calling.
- Resume Optimization: Review and format consultant resumes to align with specific client requirements and technical market standards.
- Vendor Management: Maintain and expand a strong network of Tier-1 vendors, Prime Vendors, and direct clients to generate requirements.
- Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate bill rates, contract terms, and payment structures (C2C, W2, 1099)



to achieve target profit margins.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the end-to-end interview pipeline, prepare consultants for rounds, and follow up for feedback.
- Compliance & Onboarding: Coordinate with HR and legal teams to execute Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Purchase Orders (POs), and background checks.
- Tracking: Maintain detailed daily submission, interview, and placement trackers in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 25 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales or C2C Recruitment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable with high-volume cold calling and negotiation.
- Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with major job boards (Dice, TechFetch, Monster, Indeed) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Work Ethic: Strong time-management skills, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced night shift workplace.
