Role Overview:

The Beauty Advisor Supervisor will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing and supervising Beauty Advisors, ensuring brand standards, executing promotions, and delivering exceptional customer experience across assigned counters/stores. The role requires strong people management, training, operational discipline, and sales execution capabilities within the beauty retail environment.

Experience Requirement:

4–6 years of experience in beauty retail sales, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior BA Role.

Key Responsibilities:

Work to Be Performed as followed:

1] Team Supervision & People Management-

 Supervise, guide, and monitor the daily activities of Beauty Advisors (BA).

 Ensure attendance, grooming standards, uniform compliance, and discipline of BA teams.

 Conduct on-the-job training, product knowledge sessions, and selling skills coaching.

 Motivate teams to achieve individual and store-level targets.

 Handle performance reviews, feedback, and corrective actions.

2] Sales & Business Development-

 Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales are being maintained properly in excel.

 Improve conversion rate, average bill value (ABV), and productivity per BA.

 Actively participate in customer engagement, product demonstration, and consultations.

 Product knowledge training and the grooming standard training as per company policy on time to time.

3] Customer Experience & Brand Representation-

 Ensure superior customer service and personalized beauty consultations.

 Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.

 Maintain high standards of brand image, counter hygiene, and visual merchandising.

 Build long-term relationships with repeat and high-value customers.

4] Product & Inventory Management-

 Ensure product availability, stock rotation (FIFO), and replenishment.

 Monitor stock levels, near-expiry products, damages, and shrinkage control.

 Coordinate with store staff and supply chain for timely stock movement.

 Ensure correct product placement and tester management.

5] VM, Promotions & Launch Execution-

 Implement visual merchandising guidelines as per brand standards.

 Execute new product launches, schemes, promotions, and in-store activations and long with new launches training and product knowledge.

 Ensure correct communication of offers, pricing, and POSM usage.

6] Reporting & Coordination-

 Prepare and submit daily sales reports, attendance reports, stock reports, and feedback reports.

 Share market intelligence, competitor activity, and consumer insights.

 Coordinate with sales managers, trainers, merchandising teams, and distributors.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

 Market visits to all stores.

Mandatory Skills & Competencies:

 Strong experience in Beauty / Cosmetics / Skincare / Makeup retail.

 Proven ability in team handling and BA supervision.

 Excellent sales orientation and customer interaction skills.

 Strong product knowledge and demonstration capability.

 Good communication, training, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work in retail store environment, shifts, weekends, and festive periods.

 Proficient in basic reporting and MS Excel.

Educational Qualification:

 Graduate / Diploma (any stream preferred)

 Certification in Beauty / Makeup / Skincare is an added advantage

What BA Supervisor have to do Overall:

Beauty Advisor Field Operations & Attendance Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and organized professional to manage Beauty Advisor field operations, market visits, attendance tracking, and reporting.

- Prepare and finalize the monthly market visit plan by the 25th of every month.
- Conduct market visits every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday to monitor Beauty Advisor attendance, store activities, and sales support.
- Carry the company laptop during every market visit for reporting and system updates.
- Maintain Beauty Advisor attendance records through WhatsApp, MAssist, and Excel.
- Prepare and share weekly attendance reports with the RSM / ASM, keeping HR in CC.
- Update daily store Visit-In and Visit-Out details in MAssist.
- Submit the monthly visit plan execution report by the 30th / 31st, highlighting completed and pending visits.

Work Schedule:

Working Days & Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Day Shift). Office and market visit schedules may vary each week depending on work priorities. If required, you may need to attend the office during the first half and visit the market in the second half, or vice versa. A 9-hour working day is mandatory, whether working from the office or in the field. Candidates should be comfortable with this flexible work schedule based on business requirements.
