- Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

- Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end bench sales activities for IT consultants

Market consultants through vendor and recruitment channels

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, and implementation partners

Identify relevant contract opportunities and coordinate candidate submissions

Handle rate negotiations, submission follow-ups, and candidate marketing

Maintain accurate daily activity, submission, and pipeline reports

- Who We’re Looking For





6Months –2 years of experience in Bench Sales, US IT Staffing, or Recruitment

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of the US IT staffing/recruitment process is preferred

Comfortable working in the 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST shift

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid interest in US IT staffing are welcome to apply
