Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Fresher to join our Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Production team. As a Trainee / Junior Officer, you will assist in the day-to-day manufacturing operations, learn to operate chemical reactors, and ensure that all production activities comply with cGMP (current Valuable Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to build a long-term career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Chemical Processing: Assist in handling chemical raw materials, charging reactors, and monitoring API manufacturing processes (crystallization, filtration, drying, milling).
- Equipment Operation: Learn to safely operate plant equipment such as Reactors, Centrifuges, Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryers (ANFD), and Blenders.
- Batch Documentation: Complete Batch Production Records (BPR), logs, and checklists accurately in real-time according to cGMP guidelines.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor process parameters like temperature, pressure, pH, and flow rates,



and report any deviations immediately to the supervisor.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the production area (housekeeping) and perform equipment cleaning (CIP/SIP) as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to environment, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry OR B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: Fresher (2025 / 2026 Batch Graduates preferred).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of organic chemistry, unit operations, and chemical handling.
- Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and good communication skills.
- Physical & Logistics Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform manual handling within safety limits, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts (A, B, and Night shifts).

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
