We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bihari Style Food Cook to join our team in Bhubaneswar. If you specialize in authentic Bihari cuisine, maintain high hygiene standards, and can deliver rich, traditional flavors consistently, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook authentic Bihari dishes (e.g., Litti Chokha, Bihari Chicken/Mutton Curry, Sattu Paratha, Dal Pitha, Ghugni, and traditional sweets/snacks).

- Manage daily kitchen operations, including chopping, prep work, and inventory checks.

- Ensure strict kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

- Control food wastage and manage kitchen raw materials efficiently.

- Maintain consistency in food taste, quality, and presentation.

Requirements & Skills:

- Proven experience as a cook specializing in authentic Bihari cuisine.

- Deep understanding of traditional Bihari spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

- Ability to handle bulk orders or work efficiently during peak hours.

- Punctual, hygienic, and a good team player.

- Clean background and professional attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
