We are looking for a BDS Fresher to join our dental clinic. This is a hands-on role that combines clinical responsibilities with day-to-day management of the clinic and reception.

The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with patients, willing to learn, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership of both patient care and the smooth functioning of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities:

- Consult with patients and understand their dental concerns.
- Perform basic dental examinations and assist with diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Apply BDS knowledge and clinical skills under the clinic's protocols.
- Assist the senior dentist during procedures when required.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Maintain proper patient records and treatment documentation.

Clinic & Reception Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day functioning of the clinic and reception.
- Attend to patients in person and over the phone and coordinate appointments.
- Handle patient registrations, scheduling, follow-ups, and basic billing/records.
- Ensure the clinic is clean, organised, and ready for patients.
- Manage sterilisation and disinfection of dental instruments and maintain proper infection-control protocols.
- Keep track of dental supplies, consumables,



and basic inventory.
- Coordinate with patients to ensure a smooth and professional clinic experience.
- Take responsibility for the overall upkeep and smooth functioning of the clinic.

Candidate Requirements
- BDS degree from a recognised institution.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, professional, and patient-friendly personality.
- Willingness to take responsibility beyond purely clinical work.
- Ability to multitask and manage both patients and clinic operations.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to hygiene, sterilisation, and infection control.
- A responsible, organised, and proactive approach to work.
