About the Role

We are looking for our client a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating leads, and contributing to the company's overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.

- Research potential clients and target markets to develop a strong sales pipeline.

- Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

- Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.

- Conduct meetings and product/service presentations with prospective clients.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for successful closures.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.





- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good negotiation, presentation, and convincing abilities.

- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Candidates with experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or lead generation will be preferred.
