Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Manager/Senior Manager International Business Development (Exports) with responsibility for global travel and market expansion. The role is focused on driving revenue and margin growth across international markets while strengthening customer relationships and ensuring compliance with global trade standards.

The ideal candidate must have any of these recent experience in Fruit Pulp & Concentrates,Puree, Flavours & Fragrances, Dairy Ingredients, Natural Oils, Natural Colours, Food Ingredients, Specialty Ingredients, or Processed Food Exports.

Role Purpose

- Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability across global markets.
- Expand the international customer base and establish new export markets.
- Build strategic partnerships with distributors, importers, and key accounts.
- Act as a liaison between customers, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Core Responsibilities

Key Account Management

- Develop strategic account plans and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure customer retention, satisfaction, and business growth.

Contract Negotiation & Commercial Management
- Lead pricing discussions and commercial negotiations.
- Finalize contracts and oversee seamless order execution.

Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
- Drive B2B and P2P sales growth initiatives.




- Open new geographies and channels through strategic market-entry plans.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

Export Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with INCOTERMS, export documentation, and international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with supply chain, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth exports.

Forecasting & Strategic Planning
- Maintain sales pipelines through CRM systems.
- Prepare revenue forecasts, demand plans, and growth strategies.

Required Experience

- 6-10+ years of experience in: (Below any)
- Fruit Pulp, Puree & Concentrates
- Flavours & Fragrances

- Natural Oils

- Natural Colours

- Food Ingredients

- Specialty Ingredients

- Processed Food Exports
- Proven track record in managing international distributors, importers, and strategic accounts.
- Demonstrated success in opening new markets and achieving export growth targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively across international markets.

Technical Skills
- Export documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Robust knowledge of INCOTERMS and international trade practices.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
