Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Noida. The Barista will prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every order. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

The role also involves basic food preparation, restocking supplies, and following safety and hygiene guidelines. The Barista will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere,



support team members during busy periods, and uphold high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage courteously and professionally with diverse customers.
- Barista skills, including beverage preparation, coffee machine operation, and familiarity with common café menu items.
- Effective communication skills for clear order taking, coordination with team members, and interaction with customers.
- Food preparation skills, including basic handling, assembling menu items, and adherence to food safety practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, stand for extended periods, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer-facing role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak business times.
