You will be the face of our coffee shop, greeting guests, crafting high-quality hot and cold beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. - Beverage Preparation: Craft specialty coffee and tea drinks (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, cold brews) with precision and care.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and offer menu recommendations.
- Cash Handling: Operate the POS (Point of Sale) cash register and process payments securely and accurately.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the bar, seating area, and equipment spotless and sanitized throughout your shift.
- Restocking & Inventory: Monitor stock levels and restock cups, syrups, beans, and pastry displays as needed.
- Safety & Hygiene:



Follow all food safety regulations and health guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous barista or customer service/hospitality experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right enthusiastic candidate.
- Coffee Knowledge: Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and brewing techniques is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Available to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
