Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining bar standards, ensuring excellent guest service, managing bar inventory, and following hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol-service practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and other beverages according to standard recipes.

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, skilled service at the bar and restaurant.

- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable beverages.

- Maintain proper portion control, presentation, and consistency of drinks.

- Ensure the bar counter, equipment, glassware, and work areas are clean and hygienic.

- Check and maintain adequate stock of liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies.

- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager, F&B; team, kitchen, and service staff.

- Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.

- Follow proper billing and POS procedures and maintain accurate beverage records.

- Monitor wastage, breakage, and beverage consumption.

- Follow applicable legal requirements and company policies related to alcohol service.

- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and refuse service where required by policy or law.

- Maintain proper storage and handling of beverages and bar equipment.

- Assist with bar setup,



closing procedures, cleaning, and stock-taking.

- Support special events, parties, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

- 12th pass / Diploma / Hotel Management qualification preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, hotel, bar, lounge, or club.

- Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage service.

- Knowledge of bar equipment, glassware, garnishing, and drink presentation.

- Strong customer-service and communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of POS billing and inventory management.

- Good grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
