Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Banquet Sales Manager to handle incoming inquiries, conduct property tours, and convert leads into confirmed luxury social or corporate bookings. If you have a flair for sales and a passion for luxury hospitality, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Management: Promptly respond to phone, email, and walk-in banquet inquiries, transforming them into qualified leads and site visits.
- Showarounds: Showcase our magnificent event venues and ballrooms to clients, explaining customization options, menus, and decor capabilities.
- Proposal & Quotation Generation: Draft detailed, competitive, and accurate banquet proposals, BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), and contracts.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain an updated database of clients, follow up on pending proposals, and close deals efficiently.
- Client Liaison:



Act as the primary point of contact for clients from the initial inquiry stage until handoff to the operations team on the day of the event.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Sales Manager in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports, billing reconciliations, and tracking competitor activities.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Tourism / Marketing.
- 5-6 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably within the banquet or events division of a 4/5-star hotel.
- Aggressive sales drive, persuasive communication, and customer-centric attitude.
- Well-groomed, highly organized, and comfortable working in target-driven environments.
- Must have good communication skills, presentation skills and well versed with computer.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
