Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and beverages, maintain consistency in preparation, and ensure smooth day-to-day counter operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages with consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

Manage day-to-day inventory of coffee, beverages, and other counter-related items.

Assist with inventory ordering as per operational requirements.

Support the team in recipe curation and development of new beverages.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar/counter area.

Follow standard recipes, preparation methods, and quality standards.

Ensure proper maintenance of bar equipment and workstations.





Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service.

Follow all company standards related to food safety, hygiene, and guest experience.

Candidate Profile :

Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.

Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques.

Basic understanding of inventory management and stock handling.

Passion for coffee, beverages, and learning new recipes.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
